The Idaho Conference on Recreation and Tourism (ICORT) is an exceptional opportunity to learn about and network with other recreation and tourism professionals. The conference is held annually in October at different locations throughout the state.

This workshop is designed for destination marketing organizations and tourism-related businesses in Idaho — from restaurants, hotels, breweries and wineries to retail stores, museums and any attraction who interacts with and engages Idaho’s many visitors.

2022 Governor's Lifetime Achievement Award

Each year during ICORT, an individual who has made significant contributions to developing, managing or conserving Idaho's recreation resources; or developing, managing or promoting tourism in Idaho is recognized with the Governor's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nominations for the 2022 Governor's Lifetime Achievement Award in Recreation and Tourism will open in July.
